We all live with a degree of uncertainty and, at times, this may be difficult to manage. Emotional difficulties, such as anxiety, low mood, stress and feelings of isolation, may be highlighted or exacerbated by the current climate of political turmoil, and COVID-19. With the right support, it is possible to resolve or reduce the impact of difficult feelings, to lessen the feeling of being stuck, so that you can move on in life.

Flexible day/evening appointments offered. An initial consultation of up to 20 minutes is free of charge. Counselling sessions are up to 50 minutes. Fees are from £50/£60 before 9 am and from 5 pm. Concessions offered for students and trainees between 9 am and 5 pm. Payments by bank transfer.

       Hello and welcome to my                           counselling services website. I'm Mary, a psychotherapeutic counsellor, group facilitator and mentor, based in Norwich, UK. I offer a genuine, confidential and non-judgemental talking therapy for adults (18+). My aim is to support you in working through difficult challenges at a pace that's right for you.

My approach is relational, person-centred, creative, transcultural and racial justice allied. Together we will focus on your specific needs, whether you're experiencing anxiety, loneliness, low self-esteem, race or transcultural issues, such as identity, discrimination or intergenerational trauma. You may be going through a significant life change relating to study, work and career, relationships, parenting, ill-health, retirement or loss. Working through such challenges with a professional counsellor can really be of help.
