Hello and welcome to my counselling services website. I'm Mary (pronouns: she/her), a psychotherapeutic counsellor, group facilitator and anti-racist advocate, counselling tutor and mentor, based in Norwich, UK. I offer a genuine, confidential and non-judgemental talking therapy for adults (18+). My aim is to support you in working through difficult challenges at a pace that is right for you.
My approach is relational, person-centred, growth mindset, creative, career-oriented, transcultural, racial justice-allied, social
justice-allied and complex needs-supportive.
Together we will focus on your
specific needs, whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness, low self-esteem, race or transcultural issues - such as racial and cultural identity, discrimination or racial trauma.
You may be going through a significant life change, relating to study, work and career, relationships, parenting, disability, ill-health, retirement or loss.
